Exchange Policy
We accept exchange on all our products for either the same product or any other product available on our website. Products to be exchanged should be unused with all tags intact and in their original packaging box and the exchange must be requested with 15 days of delivery. We will arrange a pick up for the same. Once the product is received by us, the new piece will be couriered to you immediately. Any price adjustment is expected to be accepted at your end with the shipping of the new requested product.

Return Policy
At ALSWEAR, our primary concern is the satisfaction of our clients. We accept returns on all our products. Products to be returned should be unused with all tags intact and in their original packaging box and the return must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Once the product is received by us and has passed the quality check we will begin your refund process which will be visible in your bank account in 7 working days. Refund will be given in your bank account for both prepaid and cash on delivery orders. For Bank transfer of COD order we will ask you to provide us with your bank details to process refund amount.
To start the return or exchange process of any of our product, Contact Us and we’ll initiate a hassle-free reverse pick up for you at no additional cost. All you’ll need to do is hand over the product in the same condition and preferably in the same packaging or in any other hard case to our courier partner and stick our address slip on the box.
